This retreat is born from my own healing the kind that asked me to strip back everything I thought I had to be and come home to who I really was. I know what it feels like to carry it all, to perform and provide while slowly disconnecting from your body, your voice, and your truth. I’ve walked through the exhaustion, the identity loss, the emotional burnout and found my way back.

Now, it’s my soul’s work to walk alongside other women as they do the same.
