90 mins is the standard time of 1 healing session and we can unpack a lot in that time, however there may be quite a few things you'd like to go through and 1 session may just not enough to cover it all. When purchasing a healing bundle we can spread the sessions as you wish to use them either weekly, month or quarterly.
